My wife and I have had a home in Michigan since 2002. We recently built a new home in 2023 on Lake Miramichi.
I have managed my own business in the commercial snow removal and residential construction field since 1997.
I have built numerous homes along with countless renovation projects. My wife and I have five children and eight grandchildren.
When not working, we enjoy spending time playing golf, camping, and sitting on our deck enjoying the beauty of Lake Miramichi with a cup of coffee or a cold beverage or two.

I have been a home owner here for 16 years. I've been a board member for 12 of those years. I have owned and operated a local excavating company for the past 30 years. A skill set that is very helpful for the association. I have done many road projects throughout the association trying to get the roads back to where they should be. This is a big undertaking which is why I have joined to board again. I look forward to completing what we set out to do back in 2014. In addition to this I also grade the roads in the association.

Board President

Retired 36 years as a police officer and served as a board member to the F.O.P 124.
Assisted in implementing rules and regulations for the F.O.P. Served as member of the union board for Oakland Community College, the POLC. In that capacity I negotiated contracts and language to be used in the contract. I dealt with issues between management and employees.
I attended multiple seminars that help educate me and others attending on dealing with problems and issues that arise between management and employees and the construction and language in a contract.
I worked as a crisis negotiator for 12 years and had several classes dealing with problems and crisis that occur with people in daily life, and the interaction of people in conflict.
In closing, I have owned a home in Lake Miramichi for over 20 years and for the last few have made it my sole residence. I am hoping that my training and experience on working with contracts and working with boards and helping people come to resolutions will benefit the homeowners of Lake Miramichi.

I'm a system administrator residing in Laingsburg, MI. I've had a 25-year career in this field, during this time I have honed in my expertise in managing and maintaining computer systems. Currently I'm employed at Herbrucks Poultry Ranch, the 16th largest chicken egg farm in the United States. Here I apply my technical skills to support the company's IT infrastructure. In 2020, we embarked on a new chapter by purchasing a house on the picturesque Lake Miramichi, where we now reside part time. I'm actively involved in the local community and take pride in my role as the caretaker of the Lake Miramichi website, ensuring that residents and visitors stay informed about the lake's activities and events.

My wife Sue and I moved to Miramichi in 2014 and became full time residents. I retired from Marathon Petroleum after 42 years of service. I worked as a manager at various distribution centers throughout the state during that time. I received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Western Michigan University. Sue and I have enjoyed volunteering and working on various projects here at Lake Miramichi, and have met many of the fantastic people within the community. My goals are to promote volunteerism and community spirit and to make our wonderful community the best it can be.
